Join The Whisky Professor as he hosts a Whisky Dinner at Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas.
LAS VEGAS – Delmonico Steakhouse, chef Emeril Lagasse’s restaurants inside the Venetian Hotel, Casino & Resort, is holding a spirited whisky dinner Feb. 28. The event will feature a four-course meal created by chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater with whisky pairings for each dish. Brad Jarvis, a whisky brand ambassador, will introduce each whisky, elaborating on the spirits’ body, complexity of flavor, and finish.
Featured whiskies are the Craigellachie 12 yr, vintage 1999, Speyside; Speyside 20 yr, vintage 1992, Speyside; Laphroaig 15 yr, vintage 1993, Islay; and Glen Grant 25 yr, vintage 1985, Speyside.
